Organisation Details WorkingRite are a youth employment charity whose aim is to transform the lives of young people through our mentored work experience programme. We predominantly work with young people aged between 16-25 and use a dynamic programme of employability focussed group sessions, 1:1 support, progressing to a matched & mentored work experience placement with a local SME employer. We work with young people based on their assets and interests. Our primary aim is to help young people into employment, apprenticeships or training.
